Late in 2004, West Maui realtors Cliff McQueen and Mary Anne Fitch developed a brilliant concept to share their business success with their community and to encourage other realtors to join them. Together, they co-founded the Alliance to Improve Maui (AIM) and recruited eight other realtors to sign on as original AIM members.
